Standard customer service questions, and then some questions around previous experience and transferrable skills it's what you would expect for a customer care call centre position. Depending on what role you apply for they may do a practice call to check your skills and perhaps a tech fluency test but nothing too stressful

In the interview, they asked a lot of open ended questions, to get you to throughoughly describe how have solved problems by yourself in the past, worked well as a team, deescalated, etc

It was done thru call. After asking several questions you will be advised to wait for further instructions. Interviewer is very accommodating. It was done after the almost half day of different types of test - English Proficiency -listening, speaking, writing essay etc
