Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was in Japanese. First they asked to introduce yourself and elaborate some more background about yourself, then there was a role-play kind of interview. No right or wrong answer, they just wanted to see how you deal with customer.

It was a long interview process because there were a lot of applicants. I underwent the initial interview and passed it. Then I proceeded to the assessments which I also passed. Lastly, during the final interview process, the interviewee asked me usual interview questions and we had a good discussion of my credentials. However, as the conversation continued, the interviewee spitted out personal and quite sensitive stories which I felt was irrelevant to the purpose of the event. I managed to get along with him throughout the process and I had a good feeling that I passed but the result was otherwise. To all the future applicants, be careful of your answers and reinforce your boundaries because the interviewee can be quite manipulative. Good luck!
