Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview itself was fine, just a couple question over the phone over my experience and previous jobs. The issue was that they did this interview 4 times, a different person each week. It was the same questionnaire , no changes at all. Their recruitment department needs a serious revamp

The interview took place in a group setting. An internet quality and typing speed test was performed prior to the debrief. The debrief of the companies expectations, policies and mission statement. Following the group interview/debrief you'd break into smaller training sessions depending on your assigned role.
