Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Relativamente fácil. Primero te hacen una entrevista a ver si tienes el background correcto, después tienes que hacer un test en inglés oral y marque con equis. Si pasas ese,te hacen una segunda entrevista.Es en español y la otra en inglés. Te preguntan cosas básicas tipo porque quieres estar ahí,que es costumer service.

It was a group interview, more of sharing ideas and a relaxed atmosphere. The facilitator was very friendly, made you feel at ease. It feels more like a conversation with your friends than an interview.
