Initially a positive email saying after the CV review, invited to phone call to then say not going to proceed with application. What was the point in the phone call and setting time aside to schedule the phone call if the decision was already made not to proceed with the application?

A chamada foi feita por uma recrutadora e feito uma entrevista em inglês, inicial, para analisar se eu atendia os requisitos mínimos. Após esse inicio fiz uma outra entrevista em Espanhol confirmando alguns outros dados. Logo no dia seguinte fiz uma entrevista técnica em espanhol.
