Concentrix interview questions

The interview process was pretty simple. A typing test looking for an average of 35WPM. Self introduction, English grammer/communication tests, Technical knowledge round. Previous employment histrory. Asked about the skillset, communication capabilities, ability to work night shifts .

Applied online. Application was followed up with several emails with links to basic customer service assessments as well as testing your computer equipment/internet. This was followed by a video interview in which you answer questions with a video response and send it into them. There was a final phone interview followed by a job offer.
