Interview
I first had a telephone interview, and then was invited to their assessment day followed by the face to face formal interview. The whole process was quick and they were really professional and helpful throughout.

Their questions were mostly scenario based. For example, a customer calls in to make a £5k transfer to one of their friend’s account. They have correctly answered few of their personal details. However, they have not answered their security questions correctly. The customer now insists they want to still go ahead with the transfer.
Questions related to that scenario would be:
How would you deal with this situation?
What are your thoughts on how customer feels, and what the best way to approach then regarding the matter?
What can you do that will solve their issue, without you having to break company rules and you providing the best service possible?
Very easy, the easiest interview that I’ve ever had. Very simple just all basic customer service questions and what would you do and how did you handle a situation
