Concentrix interview questions

Typing test, only need 20-25 wpm, ask about helping skills with others, phone skills. There was a basic computer test asking what do you do for a soft boot with a computer and hardware versus software. The one on one interview was easy as it was relaxed and only with one nice person. The questions were easy and just about things you did at previous jobs

It was a two hour wait and then came one question. Was given a job description for a data analyst with no word about chat bots. In the interview, was given a requirement of a chat bot developer.
