Concentrix interview questions

upon arriving at Concentrix Ortigas (stayed there for 10 hours):1. you will be asked to fill up an e-application and applied online in the computer station they provided. 2. Initial Interview- they will usually ask a little about your work experience, asking salary, preferred schedule, preferred branch. Then they will endorse you to a position as per your preference (if applicable). 3. You will be asked to take the Tech Assessment.If you passed this part, you will be asked to wait for your Aptis exam. 4. After the Tech Assessment, I have to wait for more than 3 hours for my turn for the next Step. Aptis Exam will take 4-5 hours to complete. You will be asked afterwards to wait for an SMS for the result, because it will take 1-2 business days. I was there from 1pm and finished by 11pm for all the process. 2nd day: If you passed the Aptis Exam You will be asked to come for the final interview. I was asked to come to another location, this time in their branch in Tera Tower, along C5. 5. I was told to come at a specific time, but I came more than an hour earlier. They told me to log my name (I was the first one on the list) and wait for my turn. 15 minutes passed from my initial interview schedule, and still, I was not called in. So I asked the reception, and was informed that there are 5 people ahead of me, (they didn't logged their name on the waiting list). The interview will take 45 mins to 1 hour. So roughly I have to wait for 5 hours for my turn. So in total its 6 hours waiting time because I came an hour earlier, plus the interview itself is 1 hour, so that will be a total of 7 hours just for an interview. The recruiters were very accommodating and helpful. But I hope they can find a better system to lower the waiting time. In the end I didn't get the offer because I don't have experience in the said industry. 1. first It was mentioned in my CV beforehand. 2. I also told the recruiter via the phone when they called me for an invitation for an Assessment. So, as if I just wasted my time and effort only.
