Interview
I had a great experience during the whole interviewing process. It was smooth and stress-free. I applied online and shortly I was contacted for the first out of 3 interviews.
I had a call with the in-house HR, who was genuinely friendly and asked me the usual questions about my experience and why I wanted to join their company. After the first round, I had a phone call to discuss the feedback and to schedule the second interview.
The second interview was with 2 people from the team and it was a deeper dive into my skills and experience. It also went well, again a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The feedback was again promptly provided just on the next day after the interview. I was invited for the 3rd and last round in the office in London. The last round consisted of role plays and I was given a business case to prepare for it. As with the previous interviews, the last one was also very professional and well organized, questions were straight to the point. It took around two hours with all the post role play questions. I received the final feedback shortly after I sent the post-interview task.
Overall, I can say it was an amazing experience from the very first call I had with the HR Michelle, I wouldn't regret going through it even if I haven't received the offer.

Achei bem tenso, inicialmente uma prova complexa, depois entrevista com rh com muitas perguntas. Mas aparenta ser uma empresa muito boa. Fiquei das 09:00 ás 13:30.
