interview was not much of a hype since i applied through a consultancy but visiting the office was a horrible process to collect the offer letter since i had to waste full day.

The process wa s a quite lengthy one . A host of the questions are situational and behavioral questions. Just have ready life experience to share. All interview questions were customer focused:any of your experiences that will assist in creating n overall positive experience for the customer should be your selling point.
