Concentrix interview questions

it was very lengthy and time taken approx 4-5 hrs and very bad management.The HR was very friendly and comfortable.there were very few staffs for the first round.else everything okay and leverage.

Basically there are three rounds . First one is Hr round which is very common like introduction. Second one is written test which include grammar test and to write on given topic.They just want to check your writing skills. Third round is operations round in which they ask you why you want to join this company or why you left our previous company and discussion on salary. Note:This is for experienced person.When they discuss about salary always tell your expections because if you dont they will offer you very less.
