Concentrix interview questions

First interview was completed via phone. It lasted an hour, however it could of been done in 15 minutes. The interviewer spoke most of the time. Second interview also completed by phone, based on my responses answered during my first interview. Job offer was given at this time.

Completed online assessments which included basic computer skills, basic customer service scenarios, voice recording, and typing test. Spoke to a Team Lead for the first interview, and completed a second interview with a HR hiring manager.
