The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Concentrix
Interview
The initial phone interview was with a recruiter who asked some general questions about my background. The next phone interview was with the hiring manager who provided me with a conference call number to dial which wasn't toll free, so I ended up being charged $30 by my cell phone provider. The interview was fairly basic, we discussed the details of the role. He said they would be making a decision in the next couple of days. I sent a thank you email and didn't hear back. I sent another email the following week and also received no response. It is common courtesy to at least give the candidate some sort of response on the outcome of the decision. Ignoring emails just shows a lack of consideration.
I applied online. I interviewed at Concentrix (Wellington, ) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty good in terms of tricking potential candidates like myself to believe that this is an IT job. They issue a contract as well where the employer does not even sign!!!! and gives you a job description which is completely contradictory to what you actually do.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Belfast, Nordirland) in May 2017
Interview
I was not interviewed for the role that I applied for. They brought me a printed document, printed on the wrong side, had to pretend I was selling something. then they pretended to have a competency interview for me, but it was a charade. interviewers could not spell simple words, no professionalism whatsoever.
