Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very fast and organized process but you have to arrive early from 10am-1am because they have 8pm cutoff. The interview is simple if you know English very well. Never mention that you are graduating or a senior high student. Just say you are a senior high graduate, or college graduate and never say you have future plans to study again.

Here are the 3 rounds:- 1-Speaking Assessment(They will only need to check communications skills) 2- Written Assessment(related to roles questions) 3-Operational Rounds(Talking about roles and responsibilities) 4- Hr Round(This is the final round) Lastly it's just a quick Assessment.
