Basically first is discussion round if you get shortlisted in discussion they'll pass you to ops round after clearing the another last third round which is versant test basically they'll test your ability of typing speed and knowledge about computer skills they'll shortly revert you to last and fourth round which is manager round.

It was neither easy nor tuff..versent was okay..Hr was okay..Ops was a little difficult...It is a decent interview process Try it .. Recommended highly Decent salary, could be little higher
