this is so horrible , i was asked to attend the virtual interview for e-com project which is amazon project and just because want to attend that interview, i already removed all my schedule at morning session , but the interviewer no show during the interview session and i had been waiting for 30 minutes and i sent them two email to ask them whether they will attend the interview or not , even though many people was tagged in the email but none of them reply to my email at all , and just let me wait there for 30 minutes . i wish higher management can notice this issue and give me an explanation . Please respect your candidate's time .

The interview was quite atypical. Instead of standard questions, I was asked to handle live chat simulations, demonstrate empathy in tricky social media scenarios, and analyze user behavior. It felt more like a real shift than a traditional interview.
