Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Poor recruitment process and it was so confusing if it was a scam or not and I had to do extensive research because the email was badly written. Their terms of engagement is ok not clear

The interview process was overall good, it started with one to one interview with HR about a quick introduction about myself and my background. Then the 2nd phase was multiple assessments including reading, listening, and situations regarding the English level, and some IQ and speed tests.
