Concentrix Representative Operations interview questions

Frst round of interview was introduction, second was assessment which is Amcat and the same applicable for third round as well and the last will be ops round. Over all the interview was well and good in manner but the only thing I felt bad was prolonged period. Over absorption of time . However I got a good job in Concentrix

Basic communication and aptitude . Basic intro of education and family there will be 2 types of tests typing test and basic aptitude 1. Concentrix really helps in skills development and learning their are literally lot of opportunities to learn within the company 2. Job security is in higher percentage than other companies Dislikes 1. Employee benefits 2. Traveling Allowances and Transport system 3. Work Environment 4. Payscale 5. Growth opportunities and Favoritism 6. In some workflows their are monarchies system by upper management
