Concentrix Sales Advisor interview questions

I applied on the company site. I filled in the information. A recruiter told me what I needed to do which was take a typing test and some questions. I follow the steps the recruiter told me to follow for the interview and I got the job.

I did not have to have a formal interview. I only had to take a typing test and send a recording of my voice reading a voicemail message. Easy hire but it took them almost 2 months to send me a job offer.
