Concentrix Senior Representative interview questions

Interview Process was very smooth HR round , assessment, then final round They ask you mostly from your CV After Selection need to submit documents and then it takes one week to complete procedure

Why this application Glassdoor asking me same question again & again. As I already mentioned it was 3 round interview for me. I find easy and smooth. First round was with HR, second one was with team leader and last was with process Manager. My experience was good with my company.
