The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
I friend referred me for the position I got call from HR. My first two technical round happend within a week. Third round was managerial round and it was the longest among other rounds approx. 2 hrs.
I was assuming a positive response however it is not the case here. I got rejected because interviewer was expecting deep answer, he keep on repeating the same question again and again.
At one point of interview I got frustrated and thought to leave it in the middle.
Sometimes you do answer correct, but it is not align with the expection of interviewer.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Concentrix (Bengaluru) in Feb 2020
Interview
It began with a technical round, which was very tough with concepts knowledge tested very much in depth. It was then followed by a managerial round where the intention was to check the integrity and team working nature of the candidate.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Melbourne) in Nov 2019
Interview
After HR made a phone call, I had a phone technical interview and then a coding assignment. After I submitted the code, I was called in for face to face technical interview.
There was no behavioural question in the process, it was only technical questions.
in the end i got a feedback that because I worked for a large organisation before my culture may don't match a small company !
They had my resume from the beginning and they knew where I came from, they wasted my time that I could spend for my family for the coding assignment and then I used annual leave for the face to face interview and then they told me because you worked for XYZ company we don't want to have you ! ridiculous feedback.
If you worked for a well known company don't wast your time.
