Conduent Analyst interview questions

The first question that the interviewer will ask you "I really didn't get time to go through your resume, so can you please tell me something about yourself". My advice to that manager and the HR - if you really do not get time to go through a candidate's resume why you ask for it? A candidate spends almost entire of his day for the interview and this is quite frustrating for him to listen to these words from an interviewer. Mr. Manager if you would have attended the interviewing skills training you would have known that this is the basic rule of interview "Not to say this line" that "I didn't get time to go through your resume"

There are 4 round of interview overthere first you have to ask some general question and your previous org then in second you have to go through some question and answer test then asset manager for 3Rd and 4 th for managerial round
