Conduent interview questions

Very easy. I was hired on the spot. Communication with my Recruiter was very poor. It took a week to hear anything back. I was suppose to receive my equipment in the mail and Friday came and I still hadn't received anything. I had to email multiple people to even get a response and was suppose to start training on Monday. I ended up getting an email on Monday saying my training class had been cancelled and that I could reapply. I was even told to put in a 2 week notice with my current job, which I did. Now I don't have a job period because of this company.

The interviewing process was through a third party company. I applied and called the third party company. They invited me to an interview. The interview questions were really a review of the experience that I had. The recruiter continued to advise more details on what the confident role entailed. Afterwards, he asked if I was interested in the position. I was advised that I would do a drug screening on site, which I’ve done. I was advised that it may take a couple of days for the background check to come back. I was sent a job offer via email a couple of days later.
