I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conduent (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Only proceeded 1/2 way through interview before stating that it was a temp job and not perm. Interviewer was ok, made unnecessary statements at times but overall ok interview. Job seems easy.
Horrible experience. Very impersonal process. I expected a second interview so didn’t get into benefits questions on the phone interview I had, then I received a job offer by way of form letter. Kinda sketchy, but I emailed to say I had questions just to feel it out. When I asked the recruiter about the title (the letter just said “project management”) and stated that I wanted a senior position due to experience and current role), her response was “well if title is SO important to you I’ll see if it can be senior.” Shouldn’t a job title be important to anyone you hire? I also asked about their benefits and the recruiters response to a maternity leave question was “standard government leave” and I had to continue asking for a better explanation. (By the way, they don’t have one). I also asked if PTO and salary were negotiable and she was going to get back to me. Today, rather than follow up with me to discuss and answer my questions still hanging and maybe negotiate, I got another form letter rescinding the job offer. Further proof that I wouldn’t want to work for this company.
