Conduent interview questions

Very easy. Asked simple questions and didn’t require much effort or skill to be hired. Which explains a lot about the higher ups they have in management. However they did show much respect during the hiring process.

The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn and then we talked on the phone. He arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager and we talked for about one hour. The questions were not technical and overall I was optimistic. At the end of the interview, he mentioned that he will contact me if they decide to proceed to the next step and if he does not contact me it means that they are not going to proceed further. This didn't sound polite to me. They did not give me any time frame. I contacted the recruiter 2 weeks and he did not reply !!!
