I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent in Mar 2018
Interview
Very good directed questions. It was evident that the interviewer did review my resume before we spoke. However, the wheels came off when it came to discussion of pay. Glassdoor.com estimated the salary range to be one thing; in the interview, I was told that I would be starting out at minimum wage, in spite of the fact that I have worked in call centers for over a decade. I was also advised that I "may" have to work one--or both--days during the weekend; I translated this to "they'll want me to work both days".
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Conduent (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
HR called me within a week of submitting my application to setup a time to speak with the hiring manager. My call with the hiring manager was 5 days later lasted exactly 30 minutes. Most of the questions were standard interview questions however she expected I had already discussed basic information about the job and the company with the recruiter who contacted me but we did not talk about anything. Overall the interview was neutral. However what really made it a negative experience was that the hiring manager assured me that I'd hear from HR within the week, regardless if I was moving to the next round or not but I never heard anything else.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conduent (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
I found the company online and went for an application, submitted the application right then and there and maybe 15 min later was given an interview. They quizzed me on my words-per-minute ability and my familiarity with using the internet.
