Conduent interview questions

The process took about 5 days in total. There are 3 interviews. The first is a group interview, and if you choose to move on the 2nd interview it's just you and the recruiter talking about the job. Then the 3rd interview is with the hiring manager via web cam. The questions asked during the 3rd interview aren't hard as long as you know basic things about tech. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I got to talk to 3 wonderful and nice people from conduent and I'm really excited to start training soon.

The company was at a career fair and they got about 15 candidates to come for interviews. On interview day the recruiters were late by an hour. Someone who would not be able to wait to be interviewed because she had to go back to work told the receptionist about it. After the receptionist relays the information to the recruiters, one of the recruiters comes out and starts yelling at everyone in the lobby saying "it is improper to tell a receptionist that you don't have the time to wait for an interview". So from there that was a bad vibe that I got from this company. After being interviewed and being one of the two people that was able to pass the assessment for the excel skills and saying I was a strong candidate and that I would definitely hear back from them after a week. One week passes and no communication from them. I sent them a follow up email after a week and 4 days later they got back to me saying that they decided to pursue other candidates. Really felt like my time was wasted through this entire process.
