Conduent Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Zoom meeting; in-depth and pleasant. Interviewer was very informative and made sure the information relayed was understood. Overall, it was easy and quick. I would recommended to others without hesitating. Granted, the job may not be for everyone but you'll never know unless you try.

It was overall an easy process! The person who interviewed me was very nice and understanding. We took an internet speed test as well as many questions to see if I was fit.
