Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.

its work from home and the direct managers are great

Cons

work load it excessive, scheduling is awful, every summer they seem to furlough at least half of each department depending on the client you're working for, pay is awful
