Conduent interview questions

Quick application. Was hired after completing typing test and customer service test. First day I was scheduled to work they told me and two others that our background checks hadn't processed yet so we'd have to come back the following week. A couple days later they emailed the required paperwork which I completed. Came back to the office the following Monday and was told I needed a drug test before I could start. Now I have to wait another full week to begin.

I applied for a home bases Tier 1 Tech Support role on a Friday evening. By Monday, I received the assessments. I took them Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon, I got a message from a representative of the company. He did not leave his name or introduce himself. His message said to take the assessments if I hadn't and that a company representative would be in touch soon. Two weeks later, I received no call, email or contact.
