Asked several questions pertaining to how I'd respond to scenarios. What was the worst customer service experience, best customer service experience. Three words to describe me. These question a were asked during a phone screen and reiterated a little during the in person interview.

Applied online, and completed assessments. After about a week received first interview asking about availability. Got second interview a few days later, asking about my technical experience and I did tech support role play. Third interview was next day, which consisted more of questions about Apple Products.

Can be way to extensive for a management position. There seems to be to much red tape to be hired in a timely manner. In order to hire you the position must be approved by several individuals first. This sign off process seemed to be held up many times.
