Conduent interview questions

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and scheduled time to talk. Call lasted for 3 minutes where the recruiter asked how many years of experience I had. I shared I have 5+ years of experience, recruiter shared that they are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience. I am not sure why the recruiter reached out when this information was readily available on my LinkedIn profile.

About 10-15 min. Basic interview questions and describing of the job description, interview was virtual, which was extremely helpful. The interviewer was extremely nice, which made having an interview, felt like a basic conversation.
