I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Criteo in Mar 2017
Interview
Straight forward 4-5 step interview process, extremely professional and supportive.
Challenging but fun, be ready for everything.
The first three steps are talks with three different people including the recruiter, in the fourth step you're expected to prepare a sales presentation which you'll have to present in front of 2-3 people over video conference. Everybody along the way is super helpful, and you really get the feeling that they want you to pass the process which also encourages you to do better.

what is important to show is experience in sales but mainly strong personality and adaptability in work in a young international team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was referred to the job and got an email requesting the first phone call with the recruiter. That first call was to check that we are good match on both sides. Then I was invited to the second stage, which was face to face meeting. I prepared myself by calling to the person who referred to me and that person was able to give me quite good insight. There in the second interview, I was challenged more by the team supervisor and manager. They started to ask more industry and company specfic questions as well as questions that investigated what kind of sales person I am. After passing the second stage I was sent the online test. After passing that as well (study for the test) I was invited for the case meeting. I had to prepare a sales case for the company supervisor, manager and director. They challenged me quite heavily from the industry, company and product perspective, be well prepared. After the meeting they gave only feedback what I did well and not so well, but they did not relieve anything of my performance against other candidates. Later on HR called me and told me that they would like to send me a proposal. After the proposal also the supervisor and manager gave a phone call where they gave more feedback and areas where I should pay attention / improve when starting at the company. The recruiter was all the process the same and that person was really supportive and helpful thru out the entire process.
