Daikin interview questions

I got an email pretty quickly after applying asking to interview for this position, then had a pretty decent conversation with the recruiter. When asked about the process, he said it would take about a week or so. After multiple follow ups, and ignored calls, i didn't get an update until 3 weeks later from an automated email letting me know they don't want to move forward with my application.
