It is a panel interview with several different managers. They will ask the standard questions and try to ask questions about how you handle a certain situation. If you pass the first panel, they will schedule a second and it will be a new group of people

How would you handle an irritated customer while giving a price increase?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Highmy experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
Three phase interview. First two interviews were on the phone, final interview was in person. I received an offer two weeks after the final interview. I would recommend this company.
