Interview
There is a total of two round, once with HR and a second with hiring manager. It was a straight forward interview with direct questions, they are more interested in hiring the right fit into their organisation. Good job on its short duration.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Daikin (Mumbai) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very good interview with two Japanese people and an Indian Translator. There were 2 rounds. Resume and Cover letter based shortlist followed by an interview. The interview consisted of both technical and HR parts. the HR was mainly focused on my compatibility with Japan and whether I can survive there. The technical part is to gage one's ability as an engineer.
