Interview
There were multiple interviews to get into the company. First I was contacted by HR then English assessment and Technical Interview. After that you're contacted by HR with an offer and negotiate your terms. After DataArt's onboarding you'll need to get through Project's Interview process and it solely depends on client's hiring processes. That could be anything from a 20 minute small talk to a full fledged FAANG style interview.

Question 1
Questions were mostly about my technology stack starting from some general questions about Java core, JPA, SQL and then going deeper into decision making.

Interview
Pretty bizarre interview experience. Interviewer strangely combative, seemed to disagree or point out the contrary to any point I’d make or experience I was drawing from. Tried to persevere but interviewer was more interested in me asking questions than find out out about my experience or suitability to the job. Sure it’s just a one off but I’m not sure if you’re confident, enthusiastic or extroverted they’d be interested in you.
All in one interview 1.5 hours, 1 hour technical, 30 minutes with Delivery/Technical Project manager, 10 minutes with HR. Manager got into details of project, and also asked about my experience and some non technical questions.
