The whole process took quite a time, but the interviews were pretty short and dynamic. Recruiter team of DataArt works well, during interviews both in Skype and in the office I felt comfortable.

Interview
There are a few stages in the process:
1) English language check
2) Second language check with the team in a given location
3) Technical Interview
4) HR session
There was a week break between the first 3 stages of the process.
It also took another 2 weeks after the last session to get the job offer
People were competent in their corresponding spheres, polite and courteous.

I was checked for the language level , then the experience in the given sphere, background, the attitude in project process organization, technical skills knowledge, earned certificates for PM, methodologies overview and etc.

Interview
It was quite fast, according how big company is. DataArt was not very fast in decision making according my appliance to this position. I had to ask them to make decision faster, because I've got good offers from others companies much faster.
Overall, technical interview was a pleasure. English language interview gave me good vision on my strong and weak sides. So, it was quite nice experience.
