I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataArt (Kiew, ) in Nov 2015
Interview
The first stage was my English level check (via phone), the next stage was a technical interview and the last one was talking with HR-manager, who offered me QA Trainee position. The most difficult part was the process of technical knowledge checking, but in DataArt good English level is also required. On the other hand, I was offered without perfect communication skills. So, I'd like to say, that people, who work here, are both intelligent and friendly:)

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DataArt (Dnipropetrowsk) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was recommended by friend who works for DataArt. The interview process consist of the two steps. First one is English speaking interview which identify your English level. This is required step since it's outsource company and your English level should be high enough in order to deal with foreign customers. I had a phone call where I was asked different questions not related to my work experience. It was short and interesting. After that I was invited into personal interview with delivery manager. There were no required written tests to fill. I have shared all my skills and experience I used at my pervious jobs. I was asked different questions. I really enjoyed talking to delivery manager, it was informative, clear and pleasant conversation between two professionals. I really like the fact that there are just two interview steps in DataArt comparing to other companies where it takes up to 5 interviews, which makes employment process pretty tough. DataArt employment process is smart and professional.
