I interviewed at DataArt (Sankt Petersburg, ) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was invited to pass phone interview on skills in English, then on-site technical interview. Next time I came for on-site testing which took 3 hours. And then I have visited the office once more to get idea of the projects etc. Previously I had been interviewed there two years ago but had got better offer that time. Nevertheless my contacts remained here so that is how I was found again.

Interview
So, my brother recommended me this company, he was .NET Senior developer there for about 1 year. He told DataArt's HR about me, I had skype interview, cause there are no senior java developers in DataArt in Dnipropetrovsk. First interview was very good, but I failed, and HR told me to prepare for the second interview in month. The second interview was better and they hired me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After first interview HR told me to read some books about core java, and the most unexpected was that on my second interview there was only ONE (!) question about core java, and the rest was about technologies. It was a little bit strange.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DataArt (Kharkiv) in Feb 2014
Interview
HR Tamara sent me request for the interview and I accepted it. First I've had interview with the goal to check my English level. It was phone interview. Then I've had two interviews: the first one was basic, with general questions. It was with Tamara. The second one was technical. Both interviews were held in one day. Interviewers were friendly and I didn't feel any discomfort. In a couple of days I received the offer and accepted it.
