The interview process was 4 stages: 1. Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager 2. Interview with the direct manager 3. Home task 4. Interview with Expansion/Growth team lead Overall the process was super quick, they truly do move at DeelSpeed. The recruiter kept me posted and updated every step of the way, while being very transparent and honest. The only negative was: I received the verbal job offer, which was rescinded 3 days later. The team reached out to me 2 months later and offered the same position with extra money, everything was signed and sealed within 3 days.
