Interview
I had an initial screening with the Talent Acquisition partner to assess cultural fit and previous experience. Then, I moved on to interviews with the hiring manager, team members, and key stakeholders. Between each interview, the TA scheduled brief check-in calls to share feedback and guide me on how to prepare for the next stage. The whole process was very agile — I was never left waiting at any point.
