- Meeting with the Head of Product through to a common connexion (30" call)
- Following that intro he sent me an case study (~5 hours)
- I sent it back within 7 days as asked and never got back any answer despite my emails and linkedin message
I find it very rare that hiring process like this still exist in 2021

You need to complete a feature by the end of the sprint but in the middle of it your lead developper informs you that due to a technical problem the team won't be able to finish on time : how do you deal with that ?
Recruiter interview, Ops Manager interview, hiring manager interview, home task, another product director interview. I went through the full process and then radio silence. I emailed the recruiter and she told me that she'd get back to me in a couple days and never did.
