Long interview process for the role. Each stage comes with a “test” and getting response after each interview even though you successfully progressed takes quite a long time too, say 3-4 weeks after each stage.

The company reached out to me on LinkedIn and booked me in for an interview. I told them in advance I wasn't considering any junior roles given my experience. The day of the interview the interviewer didn't show up and no explanation was received. The next day another recruiter reached out through LinkedIn letting me know that the role scope has changed. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
