Long process with recruitment and subsequent departments, not much alignment between stakeholders, felt long for the sake of it, almost like they wanted to operate at pace of a startup but with the bureaucracy of a govt company.

Interview with recruitment, questions were not difficult but the job description didn’t match what they expect. The process was clear and the interviewer was nice, I can’t say anything too bad.
