The process was quick. About one month. First with Recruitment, then hiring manager, then a case, then a panel and finally an offer. Overall I have to say that the amount of calls were quite a lot, but atleast it was structured.

5-steps process Allows you to meet many folks at different levels in the sales organization - it’s a great way to gather a lot of insights Allows you to get to know the organization and potential prospects well - the 3rd step is a take home assignment Allows you to stand out Could be considered longer than a typical process, but I think every company has the right to decide how to manage their own processes to find the best people for their roles

Interview
First interview scheduled was a no show by the HR person. Had to reschedule. HR Interviewer seemed very disinterested. Just going through the motions as if they'd already selected a candidate. They didn't ask me anything except why I was wanting to leave my current company. Total waste of my time.
