Interview
Got a recruiter phone screen where we touched about my experience, specifically with their stack, and what type of roles I have had in my career. Also talked about their product. Got a follow up email with a take home test with a time limit of 48 hours to deliver it, without being consulted in my availability to do it. After delivering the take home, not even two hours later I got an e-mail telling me the position had been filled and not even gave me feedback about what I did.

Question 1
How do you adapt to working remote with people in different time zones?
Thank you for your transparent feedback - we're sorry to hear that a time limit was not discussed with you. We are striving to build excellent candidate experiences here at Deel and we will take this feedback to the Talent Acquisition team to create action points to improve on. We appreciate your interest in joining Deel.
The initial round was a call with the recruiter. She was very communicative and responded quickly. Second round was with a manager and was told that the recruiter would message me the next day about an assignment. Didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I followed up with both of them as well and didn't get a reply. Finally, the recruiter got back to me and gave me feedback. Not just an automated message so that was nice. However, the no reply to the follow-ups for 2 weeks thing wasn't.

A bit lengthy, quite a long delay before I really get to the final confirmation if the job will be offered. Not what I have expected based on the expecatation set in the beginning
