It was a 3 stage interview process.....first you make an intro video and after that the home task and finally the physical one on one interview. Withe the Hometask you will be asked some real life simulation chats to see how best to respond to customers

what are the attribute of a good customer support agent.
Quick call with recruiter. Included very fast background of Deel, what they offer, benefits, etc. This role required sales/SDR experience at another company and they are offering a base of $45k - not competitive at all with what other companies are offering. Interview felt condescending and that Deel didn't have an interest in my background - just rushing through the interview to take notes.
