I applied online. I interviewed at Deel in Mar 2023
Interview
Applied online. Received an email to schedule an initial interview with HR. Scheduled the interview. Received an email the next day stating that they would not be moving forward with me as a candidate because I did not have the preferred years of experience. Interesting because it does not take their preferred years of experience to know to review a candidate's resume before actually reaching out for an interview. Beware that they may not have actually reviewed your resume yet prior to scheduling an interview.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deel (Hyderabad) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was amazing, though felt there's a mis communication about the salary from their end. Salary structure communication could have been better, salary offered could have been better as the market figure is more that what is offered
